Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
US Citizen or GC or EAD
Job Duties
Assist with application design
Develop, test and document applications while staying within project timelines and budgets
Work close with project manager to ensure that all aspects of the project and programming documentation are created and maintained
Track time at a detail level
Identifies opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
Identifies follow-on projects and bring to attention of Project Manager
Participate in networking activities to support business development
Job Requirements
2+ years prior experience as a developer
Full-time or Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week)
Minimum: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with Microsoft development technologies (.Net / SQL Server)
Preferred: Experience with CodeSmith, Team Foundation Server, SiteFinity and SharePoint development
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Clear & articulate communication skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
Self-managed, highly motivated and has a strong drive for results
Ability to organize & prioritize
