Agile-Scrum Testers with Salesforce testing Experience
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Position Description:
Job Summary: Agile-Scrum Integration Tester for a Salesforce.com Implementation
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and execute Salesforce test cases (functional) as per the test plan
• Attend and collaborate in all stand ups, planning and design sessions
• Understand the functionality of Scrum team specific test cases and End to End test cases.
• Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases
• Coordinate troubleshooting of integration issues; closely work with other teams in ad hoc conference room sessions
• Lead and provide appropriate knowledge transfer to offshore testers to assist in efforts
• Own and manage automated scripts
• Work with the automation team to automate and maintain test cases
• Execute System and Regression Testing
• Collect, review and validate test data
• Report and track defects to closure
• Contribute to continual improvements
Experience and Skills:
• 8+ years of testing experience with 4+ years in Salesforce testing
• Good understanding of the Scrum Agile practice
• Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design
• Good knowledge of integration layer technologies for SOA and SOAP using Fusion or Tibco
• Good business analysis skills
• Experience in Salesforce.com testing or testing other Saas applications
• Experience with functional and integration testing in a Saas environment
• Knowledgeable in automated and Data driven testing
• Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities
• Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction
• Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team
• Must be able to manage time with multitasking
