Role: Senior Network Technician
Location: Baltimore,MD
Duration: 6 Months Contract
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Vehicle Electrical System Training including diagnostics
- Vehicle accessory installation training and 7 years experience
- 9 years experience of Police Car Personal Computer wiring and install design; installation and; repair
- 7 years experience of in-car design, installation and repair of AVL systems
· Installation, wiring design and repair of automatic license plate reader (LPR) .
MUST pass Baltimore Police Background Check
· Design wiring, Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot both hardware and software of mobile computers (including mounting devices)
· Design wiring, install, set up, configure and repair automatic license plate readers
· Set up, configure, and repair in car video systems
· Configure, design and maintain emergency lights and sirens in vehicles
· Programming and installation of GPS or AVL in vehicles
Manage Wireless/air card install and maintenance for mobile computers in vehicles.
