We have urgent need for a Abinitio Developer role in Berkeley Heights, NJ for a 6 months contract with possible extension. Please find below the role details for your perusal.

 

Role: Abinitio Developer.

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Required Skills:

* The candidate must have data warehousing background; preferably in an insurance or financial industry.

* This person must be able to function independently throughout the lifecycle of a project and must be flexible to adapt as the projects evolve.

* Must be proficient in programming complex ETL modules and skilled in Relational Database systems.

 

Technical skills and Responsibilities:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

* Proficient in the ETL tool AbInitio

* High proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with strong relational database concepts

* Knowledge of UNIX Operating basic commands and scheduling

* Knowledge of IBM WebSphere DataStage and Quality Stage Designer is a plus

* Knowledge of mainframe systems TSO, JCL and proc is a plus.

* Experience in enhancing functionality in large Data warehousing and Reporting Systems -Work with Reporting team to build marts and tables to optimize reporting performance.

* Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing and deployment -Strong analytical and problem solving skills with production support experience.

* Professional, energetic and self-motivated with a well-defined work ethic
