US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Hiring Technical Recruiter job Opening in Newark, New Jersey

Hi 

We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for our client located in Newark New Jersey. This position is for immediate hire and is working for one of the largest and best companies to work for on the Forbes list to date. We are looking for a candidate that has a creative background and is highly organized.  

Title: Technical Recruiter

This is a contract-to-hire position paying top dollar for the right candidate.

Applicant should be a GC/ US Citizen  

Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the Director of Human Resources  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, organize interviews, communicate interview details and host interview visits
  • Enter and maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
  • Create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, receive and track new hire materials, and update and maintain appropriate databases
  • Assist Recruiters with managing internal and external job posting responses, reviewing resumes and pre-screening candidates
  • Record invoices and ensure payment of employee and candidate expenses
  • Route unsolicited incoming resumes and respond to general email and phone inquiries directed to the Recruiting Department
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team
  • Perform data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database
  • Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience
  • 1 year or more of HR/Staffing experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
  • Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
  • Must have industry experience in a creative field which can include an Internet Company, Advertising, Marketing, Media, an on-line digital company including start-ups, or anything e-commerce related.
