US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Need Senior SAP BW Consultant

Title: SAP BW Consultant

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 months

 

Description:

 

ROLE: SAP BW Consultant RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:: • BI/BW User requirements gathering & analysis and BI/BW Technical Specification definition. • BW Design & Development – Data Modeling, Installing/Modifying Business Content, InfoObjects, ODSs, InfoCubes, InfoSets, MultiProviders, InfoSources, Transformations, DTPs, Hierarchies, Transfer Rules, Update Rules, Start Routines, End Routines. • BW Data Extraction – OLTP Extraction (Transaction Data, Master Data, Text, Hierarchies) from R/3 functional modules (MM, CS, CRM, PS, PCA, AP, AR, HR, FI/CO-COPA, SD) and flat files. • BW Reporting - Business Explorer Analyzer (BEx), WAD, Dashboard creation. REQUIRED SKILLS: • IT experience including 10+ years as SAP BW Consultant – SAP NetWeaver (BI 7.3/7.0 / NW2004s), BW 3.5 with MM, PP, MRP, SD – VC would be great too • 5+ Full Life Cycle BI Implementations. • Proficient in SAP BW, SAP R/3 as related toBW (MM, MRP, PP, SRM) • Result oriented individual, adept in analyzing project situations, trouble-shooting & problem-solving and implementing solutions. • Excellent analytical and communications (verbal & written) skills, leadership and interpersonal skills with a team player attitude. • Operational understanding of areas of a business: product design, manufacturing, finance & accounting, warehousing, sales and distribution. • Business Process and Manufacturing Process Reengineering Experience.

 

Standard Conditions

This project's needs are urgent, and require a fast turn around. If a candidate is selected for an interview, the candidate must have a background check initiated on them. Only submit candidates that are available in 1 weeks notice or less. Interviews may be via skype Two week notice period is required before a contractor resigns on the project
