 Job:SAP HR with Organizational Management

 

 Location:Las Vegas

SKILLS:

· The candidate(s) must have a proven functional background, with at least three years of experience implementing the SAP Organizational Management (OM) module;

· Completed a minimum of two SAP full life-cycle implementations;

· Advanced configuration for OM;

· Sound knowledge of OM reporting structure, such as including a matrix structure for positions;

· Sound knowledge of the configuration for the Enhancing Data model; such as creating Object types, custom relationships, and infotypes (including customer include infotypes);

· Sound knowledge of customizing OM hierarchy framework; such as column framework, object manager; structural overview;

· Knowledge Ad-Hoc Query Reports; including creating InfoSets, user groups, Alias tables, Extras (additional fields, Selections, Code, Enhancements);

· Fundamental knowledge in creating evaluation paths;

· Fundamental knowledge in workflow design routed via Org structure;

· Have good SAP project management skills and experience following SAP Best Practices;

· Identify and perform hands-on activities as related to HCM integration and/or touch points (i.e. Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Learning Solution, EH&S, SAP Business Partners, etc…);

· Bring best practice approaches for the County Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc.;

Ability to trouble-shoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the Client's Team to raise SAP Customer messages as needed;

· Experience with writing configuration documents and related customer documentation to be used for future reference;

· Good communication skills (written and verbal);

· Team player;

· Speak and write in English well;

· Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities; and

· Good facilitation skills.


Professional services work to include:

· Perform hands-on activities for configuration and development, including any fine tuning required, in conjunction with the Client's HCM OM module

· Providing adequate deliverable documentation including but not limited to functional, report, and conversion specifications;

· Assist with critical ad-report development;

· Configuring SAP OM using SAP Best Business Practices;

· Assisting Client in Developing and executing a Testing Strategy;

· Knowledge Transfer through mentoring and training members of the various Teams

· Implementing and supporting new SAP security requirements and development; and

· Other SAP HCM related activities as required
