Job Title: DB with Web Developer
Duration: 6 Months (CTH)

Location: New York City, NY
Interview Type: Phone Hire

Important Note: Candidate must have 9-10 years Experience

Job Description:

Struts knowledge/experience will be very important for this role
Overall 5-8 years of experience in following area:
Programming language/ J2EE tools
Design/development experience in Java1.5/1.6 on J2EE platform

JDBC 2.0, Struts 1.3, JSP 2.0, JSTL
Unit Testing - jUnit or equivalent

OOD & Development
Database Development:
Oracle 10, 11.xg
PL/SQL programming in Oracle 11g, Stored Procedure, function development.
Good knowledge of database design, RDBMS systems
Development Tools (IDE):
RAD 7.5
SQL Developer – preferred
Source control tools – PERFORCE is preferred.

J2EE deployment tools –Team City is preferred.
Web Development:
DHTML, Java Script, AJAX, JSON
JQuery – nice to have
Platform
J2EE Application Servers –IBM WebSphere preferred
UNIX – good knowledge of UNIX platform. Knowledge of Unix scripting is an advantage
