Job Description:
From the Manager: Had a few interviews, but the candidates weren't who they said they were on their resumes. Make sure these candidates are thoroughly teched out.
General: We're looking for a candidate with 10 years of experience and at least 4 years of managing/leading a project delivering production systems. Must have experience in delivering live internet applications with 100+ user base. Knowledge of security standards involved in delivering internet portals. Thrive under pressure and have excellent communication skills
Technical Skills:

Framework:

Should have strong skills developing multi-tiered applications

Excellent OO Design and programming skills
Understanding of MVC and Service oriented architecture
Struts or similar framework
Experience working with WebSphere application server and RAD
Database:
Strong relational database skills with ability to understand Stored Procedures, SQL joins and indexes.
Familiar with issues related to performance while writing SQL queries
Strong skills in Database design
Programming
Strong Core Java
Strong skills in JSP and Servlet programming using sessions, cookies etc.

Strong skills in JDBC, familiar in using annotation
Strong in Java Script, JQUERY and AJAX (MUST HAVE)  Knowledge of CSS is essential
Knowledge of Web Services is a plus
Experience in working with DB2 (MUST)
