Role : Sharepoint Software Architect

Location : Bridgewater, NJ

Length: 6 months

Start: ASAP

Sharepoint Software Architect- Developer will participate as a core team member within the Clinical Trials team under the responsibility of both the Program IS leader and the Project Lead.

 

In general, his/her responsibilities entail:

Ø  the defining, building and delivering of capabilities that meets defined user requirements or project objectives

Ø  support activities to define/document configuration of core products

Ø  assist in the definition, design and implementation of the integration needs between the tool, the hosting portal and Trial Data Hub

 

Description

In coordination with the Project Manager or the designated responsible persons for the overall IT design and implementation (Architect, IS Lead, etc.) and the designated responsible persons for the processes functional design (Business Analyst, User Leader, etc.):

Ø  Spearhead and contribute to all of the software development activities

Ø  Manage the full lifecycle of the process

Ø  Review codes

Ø  Support Testing activities

 

Skills Required:

 

Ø  7-9 years of overall experience. 5-7 years of experience with Sharepoint development/Architecture

Ø  Expertise  in architecting/designing SharePoint 2010 Document Management Implementation (imaging, document management, records management)

Ø  Expertise  in architecting/designing SharePoint Information Architecture( Taxonomy, Managed Metadata, metadata, library, security etc.)

Ø  Expertise must include architectural design, development, management and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.

Ø  SharePoint experience must include designer and custom workflows, BCS, JQuery, CAML, custom web part, navigation, and branding & customization

Ø  3-5 years within a clinical environment

Ø  Healthcare experience

Ø  Knowledgeable in MS Office tools (Access, Excel, Word and Power Point), MS Project, and Visio

Ø  SharePoint Governance Policy Development is a plus

Ø  Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

Ø  Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator and listener.

Ø  Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project
