Title: Application Support Consultant

Location: New Haven, CT

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Need Best All inclusive

 

- We have an immediate need for an Application Support Consultant in New Haven, CT. This is a 6+ month role.

- We need a candidate to provide Email Support; who will gather requirements from End Users to create the queries. Create emails within Blackbaud, WYSIWYG or HTML. Basically with create group emails.

- This position delivers Tier 2 support to end users at our client on how to use various software applications efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.

- This position is specifically focused on generating and supporting mass broadcast email needs.

 

Skills and Abilities:

- Superior communication skills including written and verbal.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

- Proficient in Dreamweaver or other HTML tool.

- Knowledge and experience with flat files (CSV).

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong customer focus.

- Able to handle challenging situations and have the ability to recognize when to escalate.

- Self-starter able to work independently with minimal direction.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
