Position: Flex Developer
Location:

Position Description:
Individual will be working with a team of highly motivated and technical AS/Flex developers along with a team of Java backend developers to help develop and maintain content management publishing services and front-end editorial tools used to support CNN.com and other Turner digital property websites.
Specifically, individual will leverage their expert development skills to develop and maintain new and existing UI editorial tools using AS and Flex.
Individual will also be responsible for helping troubleshoot and address operational issues discovered out in production tools.
Individual will also work closely with both technical and product management to assist with sprint planning and providing estimates for new feature development work.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
4+ years of industry experience and 2+ years advanced ActionScript and Flex front end development.
Good understanding of modern software design principles, agile development methodologies and OO concepts.
Familiarity with JavaScript,
Minimum Education: BS in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
