Requirements:
· 3 to 4 years of solid experience in hiring OPT/CPT and H1B candidates.
· Specifically Looking for a champion candidate who extensively worked mostly on bringing OPTs / H1 Transfer /GC /EAD/Citizens who can add consultants to our W2 employee Payroll .
· Experience in interacting with clients (USA), and having Extensive company contacts .
· Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.
· The ideal candidate should have a solid background in US IT staffing industry with a proven background of success.
· Must have good understanding of all IT technologies and should be in a position to counsel candidates on training etc.
· The candidate should be self-starter, go getter and able to work independently with limited supervision.
· Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals and cold calling.
· Train the candidates on interviewing skills, personal presentation and how to handle difficult questions.

Job Description:
· Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, targethunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms,Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with U.S.Citizens , H1B.
· Managing end to end Recruitment for Clients that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages etc.
· Sourcing through multiple channels - Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
· Experience in US IT recruitment and OPT hiring.
· Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, permanent and contract staffing.
· Hands on experience in Sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening using Dice, monster, LinkedIn, internal database, personal networking, job postings, database searches, internet search engines, referrals and cold calling.
· Should be very good working with vendors in US Staffing Industry.
· Must be able to work independently, have a positive outlook and excellent work.
· Should be familiar with the different tax-terms.
· Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
