1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
3. Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines

1 Templetizing user interface for consistent user experience across applications.
2 Working with client to get an understanding of exactly what they are looking for from usability perspective.
3 Prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
4 Co-ordinate requirements and deliver them.
5 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written)
