Job description:
• Total years of experience - more than 10 years
• Strong in core JAVA
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong experience in Spring.
• Strong experience in REST based web services.
• Experience in SOAP based web services.
• Experience in OSGI
• Experience in NoSQL
• Experience in web scale/cloud computing/distributed computing/horizontal scaling
• Experience in leading team.
• Experience in middleware/Service Orchestration/Business Process/ESB/Business Rules/Service Governance/Service Composition
• Experience in:
o Talking to product team and analyzing the requirements.
o Come up with design proposals and presetting the design to the architect/team.
o Planing the deliverables, proactive and able to work with minimal direction.
o Making sure that requirements/design is communicated to offshore team
o Documenting the design.
• Experience in offshore team coordination
o Able to clearly articulate the requirements/design to offshore team.
o Point of contact for the offshore coordination for the assigned modules.
• Raise concerns/issues to management at apropriate time.
• Good team player.
• Experience in fixing the perfornamce issues in applications.
