Basic Qualifications
Proven knowledge of a known architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
Proven experience in leading a team of peers in extracting, capturing and maintaining an enterprise architecture
Demonstrated experience in providing thought leadership and influence in various aspects of IT
Demonstrated a broad view of business understanding from strategy to capability to process & products
Experience in provide advice to senior leaders in an organization
Understanding of current EA frameworks, processes and tools
Strong experience in presenting and communication with individuals and groups
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, process & technology
Strong understanding of architecture domains (e.g., business, information, application & technology)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile)
Strong understanding of process improvement and re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
Strong understanding of ITIL framework
Understanding of the hospitality and/or entertainment sectors

Essential Functions:
• Support solution architecture for all technology-enabled capabilities in one or more lines of business.
• Model enterprise software engineering skills and an industry-leading process outlook for design, testing, building, and monitoring.
• Collaborate daily with business partners, software and quality engineers, technology and operations leadership, and peer architects in other areas to ensure clear lines of communication, common architectural and capability assumptions, and appropriate urgency for critical path undertakings.
• Own and evolve all client and third-party technology assets that together form the solution space for line(s) of business.
• Collaborate with all third-party vendors and client teams to develop and keep current technology roadmaps.
• Develop solution patterns and architectural specifications and work closely with other teams to implement them successfully.
• Perform performance tuning on systems to ensure that scalability demands are met.
• Mentor development team members. Proactively help resolve difficult technical issues.
• Collaboratively create and extend client enterprise architecture standards.
• Generate and maintain appropriate support documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
