Oracle HR Business Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: 5-6 months contract
Rate/hr: $$Market$$
Domain: Retail - MUST!!

Note: Candidates should have expertise working on HR (Scheduling and Work Force optimization) on RETAIL DOMAIN!!

The jobholder as Business Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing the business needs of the clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions. S/he performs as a coordinator between the system development team and end users. This position requires the jobholder to work directly with end users to identify, assess and document the business requirements. S/he develops system requirements and functional specification for new technology applications or changes to existing applications.
The jobholder is expected to analyze impact of proposed solution across the organization and develop requirements documents (such as Use Cases, SRS etc) that explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to development team.

Responsibilities.
1. To work closely with the clients to understand business requirements and define project scope and objectives.
2. To document client‟s business processes and related data.
3. To create Software Requirement Specifications, Use Cases etc that enables the development team understand the client requirement.
4. To assist in creation of project plans
5. To be a part of user acceptance test efforts to ensure products created meet business requirement specifications.

1)    Experience in working on HR (Scheduling and Work Force optimization) module.
2)    Work experience in tools like ENPOWER and Work bench is an added advantage.
3)    Retail experience is must.
