We need to 2 QA Lead for Service Requests (SR)

 Service Requests are small requests for bug fixes or enhancements to current systems. These requests can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks to test. SR requests are open continuously and we have a surplus of SRs that require testing.

Service Request Lead/Tester

Experience leading people testing SRs  (not projects)

Experience organizing & testing Service Requests for multiple systems

Experience organizing people

Experience working with PMs and Business Users to establish testing priorities

Experience writing test plans/cases

Attention to detail

Excellent communicator

SQL experience

QC experience a plus

 

Tester

Experience testing Service Requests (SRs)
Experience writing test plans/cases

Ability to switch priorities without hesitation

Attention to Detail

Good communicator

SQL experience

QC experience a plus
