Job Title                        Oracle functional Project Location            Bethesda, MD Duration                         6 months /Contract Skills Required and Job Description:  Interview mode: Telephonic and Face 2 Face ROLE: Federal Financials Senior Functional Analyst REQUIRED SKILLS: Perform Functional/technical support for Finance business process, including but not limited to: Must have strong knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials. Knowledge of the Federal Budgeting Process/Cycle. Must be able to translate the business processes/requirements into technical artifacts. Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions a plus. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Release / Feature recommendation for customers T&M estimates Advanced customer mentoring Documentation of tasks for assignment to appropriate work groups Provide direct support and mentoring to more junior team members Show flexibility in handling variety of support requests  RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Budgeting Business process and supporting reporting against financial data. Will work with developers to design and build new structures to support future enhancements to the applications. Responsible for supporting other team members.  Other Details: Independently worked in Federal budget and finance subject area. Candidate must have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
