Interview mode: Telephonic Java Front End Developer I need people who have E-COMMERCE AND RETAIL experience Expert HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, RSS, JavaScript, AJAX programming skills Strong understanding of interaction design and user-centered design methods & practices Strong understanding of web accessibility and browser compatibility strategies and techniques Professional experience collaborating with design and development teams on large-scale projects. Excellent communication skills - in person, written and presentation. Excellent project management skills. Enjoy working closely with others, respectful of other perspectives. Expert conflict resolution skills and being able to negotiate with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, under tight deadlines. Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner
