Client currently seeks a Sr. Production Support Analyst to join our team in Framingham, MA, USA.

Qualifications:

• Provide production support for assigned productin applications

Qualification Competency in relational database using SQL Server and Oracle Minimum Years Required 3 Qualification Experience with a Web framework such as Weblogic, IIS Minimum Years Required 3 Qualification Experience with system and application linkages to enterprise monitoring environments such as HP Openview Minimum Years Required 3 Qualification Working knowledge in in the Windows operating environment, scripting language(s), and transport interfaces Minimum Years Required 3 Qualification Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JSP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML 3 yrs Minimum Years Required Qualification High level expertise in the implementation, support and troubleshooting of production environments Minimum Years Required 5 Qualification Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio) Minimum Years Required 2 Qualification Must be able to take lead rsponsibility for support of a production application, including taking a root cause approach to problem solving Minimum Years Required 2 Qualification Experience with an Enterprise Batch Scheduling tool  2 yrs Minimum Years Required 2 3
