Job Description:
The Websphere Message Broker (WMB) developer will be part of the implementation team providing expert knowledge and hands on development skills as needed to implement messaging, transforming, and routing.
Responsibilities/duties include but not limited to the following:
1. Designing and Developing message sets, maps, message flows, and configure/develop adaptors
2. Understanding and guiding the other development teams around best practices to create web services or any other appropriate integration end-points
3. Conducting interface requirements analysis of current business applications
4. Deploying integration components in development/test environments
5. Developing components as needed in Java or ESQL

Job Requirement:
1. Understanding of concepts and technologies such as SOA, Messaging, Transformation Engines, Web Services, and Data Integration techniques
2. Present architectural solutions as visual models in the form of diagrams, charts, and graphs
3. Ability to communicate effectively
1. In speaking and writing English
2. In a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization especially on technical issues
