Our Direct Integration Client is looking for a Routing and Switching with Nexus 7000 knowledge For a Long Term Project in San Jose, CA below is the Detail requirement 

 

Job Title:  Routing and Switching with Nexus 7000 knowledge

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration:  Long Term

 

Job Description:

High Touch Engineer (HTE) role providing in-depth Routing Protocol and Lan Switching expertise to large SP customers. It has the following duties & responsibilities:

·         Provides Network Problem Resolution, Root-Cause Analysis, IOS Software Referral assistance as per contracted agreement with named customer.

·         Routing (BGP and OSPF) and Layer 2 technologies expertise on Cisco Nexus 7000, Nexus 3000, ASR9K, CAT 4500 and CAT 4900 platforms.

·         Receives minimal supervision, no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments.

·         Typically reports to Sr. Mgr, Advanced Services. --Interfaces with all levels of CSEs, NCEs, SEs, VARs, OEMs, end-users & internal engineering departments.

·         Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

·         Provides guidance & leadership to less experienced engineers.

·         Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.

·         Provides support on a world-wide basis.
