We are building a team of Sr. Java/J2EE Developers and Team Leads for a leading health-care product firm.

The resource (s) will be assigned to a number of projects within the Product Development/Engineering and the PS organizations to develop/deploy a series of health-care products such as health-care policy administration, claims management, billing / invoicing and analytics systems.

The job requires knowledge of Java middle-tier and server-side development, experience in core Java/J2EE, Spring/Hibernate, data structures, etc

Below is the JD:

- 6+ yrs of Java/J2EE with core Java, Struts/Spring/Hibernate, JMS/JPA, data structures
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux, navigating/configuring systems and shell scripting
- Good experience with Web Services, SOA, SOAP and RESTful web-services
- Strong experience with OOAD, Agile/Scrum, TDD and Design Patterns
- Experience of setting up/configuring and managing App Server environment, primarily in Weblogic (Websphere, Apache will be OK)
- Exposure to front-end Java/Web development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc) will be a plus
- Strong knowledge/experience with RDBMSs such as Oracle, DB2, etc and knowledge of data modeling, SQL, query optimization, etc
- Strong understanding of Unit Testing framework such as JUnit or JUnitperf will be helpful
- Experience of working in commercial software product organizations will be a plus

Duration of this role is 24+ months.
