US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Sr. PHP Developer - MN - Long Term

Hello All, I am currently looking for PHP Developer at MN for a long term project, if you have any strong resources let me know.
Candidate need to do phone followed by in person - client will provide the expenses. Candidate need be strong in SQL


Sr. PHP Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Long Term
Hiring: Phone + In person (Client will pay for expenses)

PHP– longer term – need to be a Sr. resource. Aside from the strong PHP, really need strong SQL experience – (see reference below on Create tables, stored procedures, indices, triggers and other database related tasks).  And candidate must be open to being flown in after phone screen for 4 hour onsite interview (the client will pay for cost).

Our client is seeking a Web Developer that will lead the creation of customer facing web based interfaces for our digital marketing solutions.

Specific responsibilities include:
-Develop large scale database driven web based applications and solutions as necessary
-Participate in daily development meetings
-Building and improving all aspects of our large scale database
-Troubleshooting existing and new web applications
-Build clean, self explanatory and well-documented code
-Interact with developers of third party companies for System Integration
-Working with and assisting fellow developers
-Create tables, stored procedures, indices, triggers and other database related tasks
-Code interface applications to external companies utilizing web services, PHP, XML in order to integrate our operations with other companies
-Utilize JavaScript, CSS and AJAX to create more interactive web pages
-Use development skills to code PHP and straight HTML web pages according to functional designs in order to add or to enhance functionality on the website to improve user experience
-Maintain current applications

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred
-Masters Degree in Computer Science a plus
-Have taken at least a Fundamental of Database Systems and a Software Engineering class
-5+ years of programming experience with PHP and MySQL
-MySQL certified is preferred
-Strong data modeling skills
-Good planning skills
-Excellent SQL experience
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience developing Web Services using PHP
-Familiarity with SCRUM agile framework

Strong proven skills in:
-HTML and XHTML, XML, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CSS Style Sheets, JavaScript, Ajax, Java / .Net a plus
-Other programming languages are a plus
-Experience testing web based database applications
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
