Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: KANSAS CITY, Missouri

Duration: 6 month

REQUIRED SKILLS 

- EDI 834/835/837 code set experience 

- Healthcare Insurance or prior Blue Cross experience 

- FACETS experience desirable 

- MS Suite, including Project and Access database 

- 5+ years performing business analysis tasks 

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 

- Ability to elicit requirements. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

- Excellent analysis skills (define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions). 

- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 

- Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to customer needs, and to solicit customer comments for service improvement.
