Overview: Consultant will be doing requirements gathering, analysis and design for a Duals population (members with both Medicaid & Medicare) project to find out what benefits they have and enter information into existing templates/spreadsheets. Consultant will also perform research on the web to understand what other benefits are covered in both Medicaid and Medicare by different states. Must be able to analyze and interpret benefit requirements from state contracts and provider manuals and place information to existing templates… consultants must have a payer background and understand both Medicaid and Medicare.

Facilitate business change through being a liaison between business areas and technology groups. Elicit, analyze, model and document requirements for cross functional solutions and support of existing solutions. Works with project teams to develop scenarios for testing, test execution and test tracking. Collaborate with project manager to ensure solution and project team are aligned to meet business objectives.

- Overview: Looking for strong BSAs/Technical BAs with Facets implementation experience.
- They must have v4.81 or newer. They also need to have strong experience setting up test cases and test scenarios.
