Position: Siebel Systems Programmer
Location : Tallahassee, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Duration:1 year
Type: Contract on 1099
Remote or Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Description: Our client, a government agency is looking for a Systems Programmer to correct errors, make data changes, remediate the systems as needed, and provide maintenance and technical support for the current Siebel CRM application and associated applications used by the client's Division of Consumer Services.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support the existing Siebel system level 7.8 and associated applications;
• Provide program modifications and enhancements as identified;
• Develop components of the applications in regards to enhancements and/or errors;
• Perform configuration changes to existing application;
• Systems analysis and design;
• User support and problem solving activities;
• Systems programming and configuration;
• Testing/QA, performance tuning;
• System implementation;
• Technical documentation creation and update maintenance as required using DFS templates where appropriate;
Requirements:
• Experience with installing, managing and programming Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application system (7+ years);
• Experience programming with a variety of other branded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application systems (preferred);
• Experience with Oracle 10g database, creating and maintaining packages;
• Experience with Crystal Reports v8.5 or higher;
• Filenet experience (preferred);
• ASP and Visual Basic 6 programming experience (preferred);
• .Net/C# and web programming experience
• Experience creating, modifying and running SQL queries.
• Experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server;
