Interview process: Phone/Skype

 

Position #1: ETL Programmer (Datastage)

·         Programming Degree or Certificate.

·         Minimum 6-7 years' experience in ETL tool

·         Minimum 3 years' experience in ETL tool Data Stage with version 8 or later

·         Must be able to write BasicDMl statements, Stored Procedures, Functions & Packages

·         Experienced with processing XML and CSV files using Data Stage

·         Knowledge of XMl, XSlT, XPATHis a must

·         Ability to write SQl Queries involving complex constructs

·         Ability to Read SQl/PLSQl code issues

·         Minimum 3 years' experience in DB2

 

Position #2: Technical Writer

·         At least three (3) years relevant  experience

·         At least three (3) years experience  in developing  stakeholder  material

·         Requires a 4 year degree

·         Experience  working  with graphics,  word processing,  and other communications   software, with MS Office tools

·         Experience  working  with editing  practices  and procedures  (e.g. Comments  functionality in MS Word)

·         Experience  working  with industry  writing style such as grammar,  sentence  form, and structure

·         Experience  working  with programmers,  engineers,  developers,  and other technical personnel  to provide  support  for documents  creation

 

Position #3: Websphere Admin

• 8+ years of experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server administration  in a Linux environment, support, problem determination,  and troubleshooting
• Strong  experience  in maintenance  of http web servers/load  balancers
• Experience  in deploying  web based  application  in a clustering  environment
• Experience  with performance  testing  of web application  to determine  memory  utilization, GC for WebSphere  application  servers / web server
• Analyze  all aspects  of the existing  infrastructure  and recommend  modifications   that will enhance  system reliability,  availability,  serviceability  and scalability
• Work  with teammates  and other teams to identify  and address  systems  problems
• Perform  incident  and problem  resolution
