Role:

Senior/Lead Web Developer – 6 month contract located in Plano (north suburb of Dallas)

 

Required Skills:

- 5+ years developing JavaScript web applications using web service endpoints.

- Experience implementing UI elements (model based templating, control development, etc.).

- Strong JQuery, including DOM manipulation

- XHTML

- HTML5

- CSS/CSS3

 

Preferred Skills:

- Knockout (for model binding and templating)

- Backbone

- Reactive Extensions (Rx)

- SignalR

- Bootstrap

- iOS Development

- .NET, C#

- Objective C

- SharePoint 2007/2010 Development experience

- T-SQL with SQL Server 2008 or newer

- Experience interfacing with REST web services

- MVC Pattern/MVC 4 Framework/Similar

 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position including tasks ranging from implementation of documented user interface design, development of effects and UI animations, as well as interfacing with the SharePoint 2013 JSOM REST API and Cross-Domain object models. The position is responsible for code reviewing JavaScript from consultant development team and implementing post-delivery bug fixes as needed.

 

Responsibilities will also include acting as an implementation technical lead for teams located in disparate geographic locations and providing problem solving services to those teams in regards to the previously listed responsibilities.

 

Work closely with developers in a .NET environment to produce robust applications with a client-side focus, as well as experience in implementing single page applications with two-way communications.

 

Take a leadership role in mentoring and guiding junior and peer developers in the completion of their tasks
