Job Description:
Client is seeking a Network Administrator with a background in supporting Enterprise Networks and Systems.
Ideal candidate will provide hands-on problem, incident, and change management support of all network hardware equipment and network connectivity within the client's corporate datacenters.

The team supports all Windows/UNIX/Linux and IBM AIX, VMware ESX based servers and maintains responsibility for implementing quality changes.

The team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Incident Records that relate to server and network hardware, assisting 2nd/3rd level support teams with hardware/OS/network related issues. Work with application support teams to resolve application problems related to hardware installation.

This team is also responsible for providing hands-on technical services to the Business Resumption Area with responsibility to recover the Intel platform for any of the production data centers. This service also performs testing, refining, and creation of documentation on disaster recovery procedures.

This team's primary focus is providing service for Production and the Test Center in Clients Corporate locations.
1) Implement Network hardware updates and refresh on outdated equipment
2) Troubleshoot and provide resolution of hardware related issues across all server platforms, workstations, networks and IP phones
3) Design and implement new concepts to consolidate and improve quality within the clients corporate datacenters to include proactive inspection of physical server systems for hardware failures
4) Perform the physical backup/restoration of server images in the corporate production and test datacenters utilizing Test Center Imaging tools
5) Load and apply server operating systems to server profiles on corporate production and test Intel servers for physical and virtualized environments
6) Vertical build and Compliance load testing
7) Install updates to assist in the testing processes as well as the actual deployment for both test and production environments
8) Install approved software issuance and applications to Windows Intel servers
9) Load and troubleshoot test servers and maintain the network and server hardware
10) Organize the client's corporate production datacenters and determine the requisite services are available in the selected locations
11) Assign network and SAN port assignments
12) Coordinate the installation, cabling, and the load of basic configuration of network hardware
13) Basic maintenance and troubleshooting on all network hardware and network services for the following:
a) Corporate Network and Server Provisioning
b) Incident Management
c) Project / Service Consulting
d) Moves Administration
e) Change Management
f) Business Partner Support and Maintenance
