Agile Business Analyst (HealthCare Domain Experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
Writing concise and effective User Stories
Define precise and accurate User Story acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, automation test frameworks and by product owners to insure that product owner intent is effectively captured
Document Analysis artifacts using UML or other best practices
Work as Proxy to the Product Owner to derive prioritization of Product Backlog
Create and Enforce requirements management plans using manual tools or Agile ALM software packages such as Rally, Version1, etc.
Gather requirements for IT product implementation projects by conducting interviews, work flow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions
Evaluate information from multiple sources and help distinguish user requests from user needs
Facilitate and clarify customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
Arrange client reviews of software under development, ensuring client satisfaction
Foster Agile principles and methods for requirement gathering
Facilitate Agile rapid and meaningful releases
4+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong emphasis around product implementation
2+ years experience in a true Agile / Scrum / XP environment where Test Driven Development (TDD) and similar ?test first? techniques and methods are employed
Experience in HealthCare Payor business domain
Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management
Skill and experience working with traditional use case based analysis of business processes
Experience performing end-user interviews, leading requirements gathering sessions, and User Acceptance Testing
Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns
Ability to mentor and coach others
Bachelors Degree Required
