Job Title:Database Analyst  Developer (with strong HL7/XML) 

Location:Hartford,CT (LOCALS)
Duration: 4+ months contract

Face-to-face Interview is REQUIRED 


Required Skills:

Strong experience on HL7/XML analysis, programming and development. 

Database Analysis: 
Design tactical solution for a conceptual & logical inter-operable Enterprise SQL Server database repository that is based on a "clinical" applications database structure. This database will be replicated, SAN-based, virtualized, clustered, and will support development & configuration environments. 

Database Development (HL7/XML): 
Develop the SQL database physical model & validate data strategy. 
Develop a data cleansing and validating process; develop message specification rules for HL7 interfaces and transformation of batch flat file CSV-XML(CDA) interfaces to HL7 (e.g. MDM) and parsing 
Verify any XML "in-scope" document rendering process for all systems.
