Position: IBM BPM Lombardi Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6 Months Contract
 
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
 

• Basic knowledge on IBM BPM Lombardi edition 7.2.X for L3 support.
• Knowledge on process inspector, recovering instance, UCA, web services, Integration services.
• Assist all users and provide production support to BPM applications by acknowledging user queries and issues and provide workaround or resolution.
• Deploy and Implement break fix for any production issue.
• Support production deployment.
• Provide 24 x 7 support
• Knowledge on Remedy system and production support process flow.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
