Job Description:

- Strong organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of development technologies and processes
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written are a necessity
- Strong technical knowledge and an aptitude for learning and employing new ideas
- Proven history of delivering quality technical solutions on time; experience delivering projects independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize a solution for performance
- Ability to work collaboratively and problem solve
- Provide Leadership and mentor others

Technical Qualifications:
5+ years: .NET / C# / Visual Studio
3+ years: SQL Server
3+ years: Web Services, XML, XSLT, XPATH
3+ years: Design Patterns
2+ years: Unit Testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit, MS Testing Framework)
2+ years: Experience w/ Source Control (i.e. Clear Case, Subversion, CVS, GIT, etc)

Additional Technical Skills:
- WCF
- MVC
- Web Forms
- Win Forms
- LINQ
- IIS 6 or 7

Technical skills that are a Plus:
- NAnt
- MSBuild
