Duration     : 6+ Months

Job Description :

looking for experienced Data Modeler in healthcare domain, to be part of a team that is implementing the next generation healthcare eligibility and Insurance Exchange.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience working as an enterprise data architect building enterprise data models for OLTP applications or data warehouse applications from ground up.

• 5+ years of experience using data modeling tools such as ERWIN or ER Studio, or Rational Data Architect supporting large IT dev projects

• 5+ years working as an IT consultant, business/technical analyst, DBA or BI data modeler

• An in-depth understanding of the Data Life Cycle data modeling concept and principles

• Must have an in-depth understanding of dimensional modeling concepts

• Experience with storing metadata/data dictionaries within formal modeling tool

• Must have in-depth experience in Oracle RDBMS platform and performance considerations

• Must have in-depth experience in modeling complex data hierarchies, and partitioning into multiple schemas and table spaces for optimal performance and easier maintenance

• Exposure to Master Data Management solutions

• Experience in the Health care Insurance industry

• Strong Business acumen highly desirable

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team to develop the required solution

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills will be required for customer and team interaction

• Experience in working with large enterprise systems and agile teams.

• Ability to multi-task, sense of urgency, reliability, consistency and commitment are very important
