Job Description:
The candidate will assist in data analysis efforts and may also provide input to the test data design.
· The candidate must have good non-technical communication skills and problem-solving skills.
· The candidate needs to be able to work with other technical team members such as the SPA¿s, PT¿s, Database Administrators, etc.
· The candidate will work with the Selection team to analyze Selection requirements, analyze test scripts (Quality Center), analyze data files that change during testing and analyze data testing needs (i.e. Sampling or other methods).
· The candidate will create data diagrams and relation diagrams
· Recommend data strategy for testing (Online / Batch)
Required Skills:
- Experience working with Oracle development Tools and Products
- Proficiency with Data Analysis tools with Analytical experience.
- Recent experience with high volume databases
- Strong SQL skills
- Complex SQL and PL/SQL with strong performance tuning capability including newest 11g features.
- Oracle Forms and Reports experience
- Experience with Table partitioning and compression, Materialized Views, Parallel Query
- experience on ETL and OBIEE
- Oracle Discoverer Reports and dashboard development
- Exposure to application maintenance and support
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Additional Skills:
- N-tier application development using HTML, XML and JavaScript.
- Web services, SOAP, and AJAX
- Experience working on UNIX & Shell Scripting
