The DBA is responsible for Oracle E Business Suite application and associated database management. DBA will be involved in maintenance, patching, creation of cloning processes and procedures, and performance tuning.

Education:4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

Role Description:
All roles specified in DBA 1, 2 & 3 plus:
Highly skilled at database design, installations, conversions of Oracle Ebusiness suite General ledger
Responsible for:
- Creation of processes and procedures to clone Oracle Ebusiness suite database and app server instances to existing Oracle best practices.
- Planning and migrating existing Oracle Ebusiness suite application server and database instances to new storage layout that conforms to Oracle best practices
- Creation of procedures documentation for the patching of Oracle EBusiness suite instances.
- Experience designing and implementing HA and DR solutions for Oracle EBusiness suite
- Access security and database integrity
- Expertise in Oracle EBusiness Suite, Oracle financial/Oracle General Ledger experience preferred.
Knowledge of various Database Management System products.
Provide status of work to Project Team Lead.
Engage in ongoing process improvement.
