Job Description:Senior Business Analyst with strong Oracle EBS experience to support the analysis and documentation of a very complex and highly customized Oracle EBS system.

Someone to conduct client interviews, understand and assist with the analysis and documentation of the system, detailed audit and documentation of how every transaction works from the initiation to how it posts to the G/L ledgers and sub ledgers. 

This person will need extremely strong analysis skills, ability to think broadly, ability to work independently and interact clearly with the client. 

Candidates would have following skill-sets:

10+ years Business Analysis

Experience leading teams of 5-10 BA's

Oracle EBS Documentation of Back Office Operations

Experience working with CSR/IVR systems transactions is a plus

Experience in Accounting/Financial processes a plus Excellent communication skills
