                JD for the onsite PT Lead is as follows:

1.       Gather performance test requirements

2.       Develop test strategy and test plan

3.       Test script development – HP LR/PC

4.       Execute performance tests and analyze results

5.       Conduct test results review with stakeholders and secure results sign-off

6.       Coordinate with various project stakeholders for all the performance testing activities

7.       Knowledge of HP Performance Center9.5 and above

8.       Knowledge of Test Script development in HP VUGen

9.       Knowledge of JProfiler and Unix monitoring

10.   Basic knowledge of Unix shell commands and ability to execute shell scripts
