Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA 95035
Duration: 6+ months
Rate : $best/hr on c2c or 1099 AI
Client is seeking to hire a project manager in the IT PMO organization. The IT PM will be directly responsible for leading the execution of multiple projects and ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on benefit. The idea candidate will have ~10 years of experience leading Oracle Global Order Process, Order Management and Salesforce implementations. In addition the candidate will have exemplary writing and presentation skills, and a demonstrated capacity to work in a dynamic environment with demanding schedules.

• Proven ability to build successful global teams, of both internal and external resources, and establish a customer-first culture on all projects.
• Ability to stay focused on broader organizational and business objective of all stakeholders.
• Depth of experience defining, planning, leading, and executing Oracle ERP implementations.
• Proactive identification, communication, and mitigation of all risks and issues.
• Direct experience leading programs that achieve strategic and operational business results.
• Detailed oriented and able to provide updates to senior management in an appropriate manner.
• Demonstrated ability to lead execution and communication on strategic initiatives that have direct impact to customers, business results, and regulatory / audit compliance.
• Direct management of 3-5 software projects simultaneously
• Manage budget for all phases of project
• Develop and manage project plans, test plans, and go-live plans that address business needs and minimize all risks to the project.
• Provide direct leadership on all projects, report project status appropriately, and ensure stakeholders, IT management, and all team members have a clear and accurate view of the current project status.
• 10 years of experience with proven experience of leading Oracle ERP/CRM implementations and providing business operations support.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite is required.
• Ability to lead 3-5 projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience working in an aggressive, fast-paced, highly energetic environment with demanding schedules
• Demonstrate a high level of energy, strong initiative, and able to motivate and lead at all levels of the company
• Exemplary writing and presentation skills are required.
• Extensive knowledge and experience using enterprise program management tools and methodologies.
• Strong Business acumen including knowledge of the quote to cash, procure to pay, financials, and supply chain processes.
