· Experience with WebSphere 6.0, WSAD or RAD 7.5 or other equivalent application servers is a plus
· Development experience using EJB, Java, MDB, JSP, C++, JDBC, SQL, JMS, XML and JAXB.
· Experience with Perl or Shell scripting
· Experience with PVCS and ANT
· Experience with Oracle, PL SQL, Stored Procedures

Experience with leading both onshore and offshore resources
Hands on technical contributor, not just a facilitator of tasks
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Communicates effectively
Technical Requirements:
Strong core Java 1.5/1.6
Strong understanding of XML(XSD,DTD,XSLT) marshaling, un-marshaling, parsing (SAX/DOM)
Practical experience with IBM MQ, JMS, and MDB's
Practical experience working in a multi-threaded environment
Practical experience working with Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL
Experience with the Spring Framework, Struts, IBATIS a plus
Experience with IBM WAS a plus
Experience with test driven development a plus
Experience with Unix shell scripting a plus
