Job Title: Network Engineering Support (Infrastructure Technical Specialist)
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 5+ Months

Assist engineering team to, provide 3rd level network problem resolution support during normal hours of business operations. Including driving a cross functional team (including equipment or service vendors) in diagnosing issues and initiating appropriate actions for repair or mitigation and provide appropriate status communications to management
Coordinate with the R&D and Program teams to collect network requirements.
Maintain and ensure maximum sustained performance of client's network systems by identifying required on-going preventative and corrective maintenance
Working with an architectural framework, support the design, plan and implementation and integration of high availability, robust, resilient and supportable network solutions within the overall data center network environment including monitoring and documentation of both design and processes ,
Provide deployment support activities during the pre-defined global deployment windows that are outside of the normal business hours
Work as part of a virtual team of engineers responsible for defining and driving technology standards across the Service Platforms team translating conceptual design to physical layout
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years Network Engineering/Operations support experience
Strong foundational knowledge of network routing/switching
Strong background in either Juniper JunOS (preferred) or Cisco (IOS & NX-OS)
Technical Skills
Juniper JunOS
Cisco (IOS & NX-OS)
F5 (BigIP TMOS)
A10 (ACOS)
