Job Details

In PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 Create Project Plan to implement rules to convert reported hours to overtime hours for the Time and Labor Module - 10% of Total Work Effort

Design business process for overtime calculations - 10% of Total Work Effort

Build business process using state and FLSA compensation rules - 60% of Total Work Effort

Demonstrate business process to stakeholders (State Personnel Department, Auditor of State, State Board of Accounts, Indiana Department of Transportation) - 10% of Total Work Effort

Develop documentation and training materials - 10% of Total Work Effort

 

Programming Language/Development Tools:

People Code - Expert Skill Level - 7+ Years of Experience - Required

SQL/SQR - Expert Skill Level - 7+ Years of Experience - Required

 

Database Systems/Database Tools:

Application Designer - Expert Skill Level - 7+ Years of Experience - Required

SQL Server - Advanced Skill Level - 5+ Years of Experience
