Relevant Experience (Yrs): 8+ years
Technical/Functional Skills:
Technical and Functional expertise in most of the Oracle Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA) and Purchasing
Experience in Data Conversions
Experience in customization/extensions involving PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Forms and Framework Personalization, shell scripts
Should be well versed with Oracle Implementation Methodology
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Integration is preferred but not required.
Certification in Oracle EBS is preferred but not required
Experience Required
2+ years of technical/functional experience with Oracle EBS R12
6+ years of design and development experience in Oracle EBS primarily with data conversions, integrations, reports development and extensions.
7+ years of experience with PLSQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, XML/BI Publisher
Roles & Responsibilities:
Performs technical and functional design on integrations, reports, workflow and extensions/customizations
Ensures deliverables are tracked and delivered to the project schedule
Act as a onsite coordinator for the offshore development team with R12 functional team and business users
Involve in design decisions on business solutions and processes on Oracle EBS.
Work with external consultants to ensure quality deliverables and meets standards.
Act as Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert.
Work closely with application development managers and integration resources to build integrated solutions
Translate challenging business requirements into solutions leveraging standard Oracle functionality in latest/current releases of Oracle EBS.
Proven history of successful problem solving with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Generic Managerial Skills:
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, other vendors and various levels of management
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Location: Indianapolis, IN (downtown)
Length: 6+ months (strong chance of extension)

High profile project on client's external facing website - project visibility goes up to the C level in this public company. Need a resource that can hit the ground running and work autonomously and own pieces of the project.
Key skills:
· Senior level Java developer (5+ year experience developing enterprise applications in Java)
· Proven track record of delivering data driven web applications using the Java technology stack
· Strong experience and advanced technical skills in (5+ years) : JPA or Hibernate 3, JMS, MVP/MVC, Tomcat, Spring, Spring Security, Spring MVC, JTA, Linux, Oracle PL/SQL
· Strong knowledge of design patterns including GoF and PoEAA
· Experienced in delivery of solutions using agile methodology like Scrum
· Understanding of web application security vulnerability and codes defensively
· Ability to take initiative and be self-directed along with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative environment are essential
