Location : Albany, NY

Duration: 6 Months Contract 

Job Description:

 

This project will automate the workflow using electronic gathering and processing of Risk Management/Internal Controls reports that is currently gathered from over 600 staff via paper or fillable PDF documents.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

·         Assist in the IBM FileNet P8, Case Manager, Forms, and Content Navigator installation and administration which includes:

·         Installation, configuration and administration support of IBM FileNet P8 and associated tools, monitoring, problem resolution and root cause analysis. FileNet P8 systems include: Content Manager (CM), Business Process Manager (BPM), Case Manager (CM), IBM Forms, and Content Navigator.

·         Deploying system patches and other software updates; performance and capacity management, assisting multiple development teams, product release management

·         Assist in the development of policies and procedures within the NYS DOH framework designed to ensure the overall integrity of the IBM FileNet P8 systems.

·         Assist in the definition and refinement of strategies and solutions to improve the performance and access of IBM FileNet P8 imaging/workflow applications.

·         Assist with ensuring that IBM FileNet P8 imaging/workflow technologies meet or exceed business requirements for stability, performance, availability and usage as defined by various program areas.

·         Assist with IBM FileNet P8 Case Manager object store creation and configuration for the NYSDOH Risk Management/Internal Controls application.

 

  

Candidates should have at least 36 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

 

·         Experience with FileNet P8 v4.5+ with at least 12 months with the FileNet P8 v5+ suite of products.

·         Candidate must be an IBM FileNet Certified Professional in FileNet P8 Platform Administration for v5+, Case Manager, IBM Forms, and Content Navigator.

·         Experience in the installation and support of IBM Case Manager.

·         Experience with the installation and support of IBM Content Navigator.
