Job Title : ETL Architect
Location : Culver City, CA.

Required:-
• Experience in architecture and design of the ETL environment using Datastage.
• Experience in creating Technical Design & Implementing ELT/ETL solution for multi-terabyte Data Warehouse and understand its impacts.
• Provide guidance to the development team and recommendations to optimize the data extraction and loading using Datastage.
• Strong working knowledge of Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and/or other large RDBMS.
• Good understanding of design considerations for high volume transaction systems.
• Experience in Data Modeling, Database Performance Tuning.
• Excellent customer communication
• Working relationship with end customer in highly demanding environment.
• Able to lead a team of 7-8 members in onsite-offshore delivery model,  delegate, track and monitor performance
• Report progress/challenges to Program Manager.

Nice to Have:
* Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
* Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts
* Strong written communications, including technical writing
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Desired:-
6-7+ Years of IT experience.
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication and team collaboration skills
