Our Healthcare payer client has asked up to staff a project with Healthcare QA and BAs with specific experience and thorough understanding of HEDIS and healthcare quality.

 

Candidates will have Health Plan industry domain experience (e.g. BCBS, United Health Plan) with familiarization with:

• Healthcare quality measures e.g. NCQA (National Committee on Quality Assurance)
• HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures

 

Responsibilities:

Healthcare background required

• Eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements

Requirements organization

Translating and simplifying requirements

Requirements management and communication

Requirements analysis
