Must have strong Java/J2EE development experience – Java/J2EE, ESB, Integration experience Experience in open source ESB, Mule will be advantageous Strong experience in core java, web services, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, JavaScript Experience in frameworks Struts, Spring, Hibernate Should have good communication skills Prior customer facing role experience Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Experience in architecting J2EE apps, and designing Coordination with offshore team Must have strong Java/J2EE development experience – Java/J2EE, ESB, Integration experience in open source ESB, Mule will be advantageous Strong experience in core java, web services, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, JavaScript Experience in frameworks Struts, Spring, Hibernate Should have good communication skills Prior customer facing role experience Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Experience in architecting J2EE apps, and designing Coordination with off
