Needed - SFDC Administrator / Application Architect - Philadelphia, PA - 3-6 Months Contract To Hire
Job Titlte: SFDC Administrator / Application Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 3-6 Months CTH
Only Independent EAD, Green Card or Citizens
Note: Need Local Candidates for Face To Face Interview
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional role responsibilities include:
*Comprehensive SFDC knowledge with ability to understand Direct Store Delivery company operations (Sales, Service, Field Service / Scheduling)
*Work with Director of CRM, technical lead, and business to build solutions in Saesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
*Act as application owner for all administration tasks related to SFDC for RSG, including but not limited to:
*User management (activation, deactivation, password support)
*Security (roles, profiles, sharing roles, global security settings)
*Configuration (field set-up, page layouts, record types, assignment rules)
*Workflow and approval management
*Communication templates
*Analytics (reports, dashboards)
*AppExchange (apps and plug-ins)
*Data management exercises to assure (data loads, transfer, cleansing)
*Provide user support requests to troubleshoot individual issues and logging support issues to identify trends and topics requiring escalation and feature / enhancements.
*Work with IT to supports ongoing release management and rollout with new configuration
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
*Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, Masters preferred
*A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in Sales Force Automation on the SFDC platform, including advanced workflows and complex configurations (i.e. non-coding) tasks
*Experience in designing and developing processes in a highly agile environment
*Basic understanding of Visualforce, Apex, and Informatica Cloud or other ETL tools
*Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com data modeling
*Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (Data Loader)
*Possess SFDC Administration certifications
*Demand Tools experience and knowledge a plus
*Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast paced environment
*Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
*Retail, Foodservice, and/or services marketing experience desirable
